Scolmore Group is delighted to have come away with a ‘highly commended’ certificate in the Best Manufacturer category at the inaugural Smart Solutions Awards, which took place at Smart Buildings 2017 at the NEC Birmingham this week (11th October).
Smart Solutions is a brand new online resource, developed by Voltimum, which aims to guide electrotechnical professionals along the journey towards adding smart home and building automation into their business repertoire The Smart Solutions Awards aims to champion installers who have started this journey, and have demonstrated creativity and excellence on residential and light commercial projects already. It will also celebrate manufacturers and wholesalers who have offered products and services that are helping facilitate the growth of this exciting market and have gone the extra mile to equip installers today, for the industry tomorrow.
The Best Manufacturer award is designed to recognise the role that manufacturers have played in helping to promote smart solutions into the marketplace. The judges were looking for thought leading brands who have consistently brought innovative products and services into the smart home and building automation market and who have committed to help train their installer customers and support their projects.
